In windows I can put a shortcut to a URL on my desktop. Is there an equivalent for the pixel slate? It is a little thing, but I read the paper in the morning and having a chrome bookmark that opens chrome and goes strait to the paper. It is not a big deal, but it also does not seem to be a difficult task.
